Shefali Ray

Shefali Ray has been a faculty member at the State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT), New Delhi, and a moderator of TESOL Mentoring Group. She has also been a guest lecturer at University of Delhi and a materials developer for IGNOU. She is a writer of fiction for children and has received a national prize for children’s literature from the NCERT in 1995.
