Prose and Fiction, Paper II Part II is an endeavour to publish a scholarly edition of the literary texts prescribed by the Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), Bikaner, Rajasthan for an enhanced and enjoyable understanding of English Literature. This book meets a long-felt need of both students and teachers of English, MGSU, and has been designed to enable the understanding of themes of the prescribed texts and imbibe the values put forth therein. Since its inception in 2011, the Department of English, Maharaja Ganga Singh University has worked incessantly with an objective to propagate Indian cultural ethos by giving space to Indian Classics, Criticism and Writings in Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate Courses.
