It has been decades since many business schools outside India adopted the case study methodology for teaching almost all branches of management studies. This trend has been seen in India, too, where top management institutes have implemented the case study-based methodology as an important pedagogical tool in business education. The major issue in India, however, is a severe shortage of Indian case studies through which business schools can provide industry insights to students. This volume fills that gap. About the authors:

Dr. Roopa Praveen is Associate Professor, ASM Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune. She has been with the faculty of Computer Application and Business management for more than twenty years and has also been a guest faculty at CETYS University, Mexico.

Dr. Dilip Aher is Associate Professor, ASM Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune. He holds a PhD in Management from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. Dr. Aher has more than twenty years of experience in teaching Human Resource Management and Labour Laws.

Dr. Nilesh Anute is Associate Professor, ASM Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune. He holds a PhD in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. Dr. Anute has twelve years of experience in teaching Services and Retail Marketing.
